I’m the founder of Camden Haven Coaching and someone who believes that feeling strong, capable, and energetic shouldn’t be reserved for your 20s.

I help everyday athletes—people who love to train and want to feel their best—not only in the gym but also in life. Because when you get your nutrition and lifestyle habits working with you, everything else starts to click: better recovery, more consistent energy, and yes—even PRs that feel just a little bit easier.

A Life Built on Movement

I’ve always been drawn to movement. I started CrossFit back in 2012, and coaching in 2015. Since then, I’ve coached athletes of all ages and abilities and, in 2023 I started coaching at North Brother Crossfit in Laurieton.

Before that? Life took me all over. I’ve been a podiatrist (no longer practicing), a ski instructor in four different countries, and even spent time in retail. Through all of it, one thing has stayed constant: a deep respect for how our bodies work, and a drive to help others feel confident in theirs.

Why Nutrition?

It’s the foundation.
You can train hard, show up consistently, and still feel like something’s missing. That “missing link” is often what you eat, how you recover, and how you care for your body outside the gym.

I started Camden Haven Coaching to focus on the full picture—offering 1:1 nutrition and fitness coaching for people who want long-term, sustainable progress, not quick fixes. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you build habits that last, and support you in becoming the healthiest version of yourself—for performance and for life.
